Coach D, When we first started coming to see you for pitching
lessons, we videotaped Ashley about once a week to track her
progress. We recently pulled out the old tape and couldn't believe
we were looking at the same pitcher! Under your watchful eye
& steady instruction she has blossomed into something only
your expertise could make her! Your methods and tailored drills
continue to prove themselves again and again. Not only do you
give us the drills, you equip us with the "why" behind
each drill. Best of all, you still allow her style to
be her style. Thanks! You're the Best!

Coach D: Thanks for all that you've done and continue to
do to support Annie and me with pitching. I only wish we would
have started with you a year earlier! What separates you from
others is your ability to teach and coach (both of us) on the
proper mechanics of the fastpitch motion, and the years of softball
experience you've had at all levels. It has been easy for you
to spot her weak areas, and then introduce specific drills to
address those weak spots. Annie looks forward to her lessons
with you, and asks "when are we going to see Coach D",
if we happen to miss a week or two in a row. Overall, we appreciate
all you've done. Annie continues to make good progress with your
help! Thanks,
Kevin & Annie Glover (Creeks U10 Softball, Jacksonville,
FL)

Coach D, I wanted to say thanks for all the valuable skills you
are teaching my daughter, Kati. Your pitching drills are excellent
and Kati has learned so much over the past couple of months.
We are very thankful that we were able to meet you and know your
lessons will assist Kati as she continues to play softball. She
has learned so much from you that she never learned from other
coaches. Thanks for you support, it is greatly appreciated!!

Coach D, I would like to start by saying thank you! You have
made such a difference in Miranda's pitching. She has so much
more confidence and is getting stronger and stronger. The fundamentals
that you have taught her have really come in to play! In only
five lessons, she has transformed dramatically!! Keep up the
good work!

Coach D, We wanted to let you know what a dramatic difference
you've made in Ashley's pitching. We videotaped her after her
first session and each week thereafter to track her progress.
Now, after only 7 sessions, her improvement is so dramatic we
can't help but be amazed! You equip us each week with specific
new drills to help her develop her pitch and we appreciate your
flexibility in allowing her style to be her style
and not forcing her to fit into some prepackaged style of pitching.
You are just what we were looking for in a coach! Thanks!

Hi Coach D, This is Kara Neal and we just wanted to say thank
you very much for coming to our team practice and going over
the fielding drills. That private mini lesson really helped a
lot of our girls and it showed in the game that we played tonight.
We cannot wait to take some more lessons from you. You are very
patient with the girls and very well knowledged about the game
as well. Thanks again,
Kara Neal, Creek's Softball League,Jacksonville, Fl

Bob, you did a great job prepping Kristin for this level....the
confidence shows. Kristin comments how much she enjoys batting.....knowing
she can turn the game over with just a slap of the bat.

Hi Coach D, my name is Mike Duffy, my daughter Danielle has
been with you the last 2 winters. She made a dramatic jump this
year! She was the best pitcher in her rec league and had 2 K's
for every inning pitched. She made her middle school team as
a 6th grader, her first allstar team and is now the starting
pitcher on a Tournament team! She tells all of her great experiance
with you and your clinics.

Hi Coach D, You probably don't remember me. I'm Christine
Hamilton from Millstone Township. I came to your private pitching
lessons when I was 12&U. I also attended your summer camp.
I'm 16 now and have continued playing fastpitch after we moved
to GA. I just finished a season with the East Cobb Angels (blue)
in the Atlanta area. We finished 17th in the ASA Nationals in
Midland Texas this July. Next year I am pitching for the GA Elite,
a very competitive 18 Gold team. I hope to earn a D1 scholarship
and keep on playing in college. Just wanted to say hello. I often
think about you and the lessons I learned in your clinic. I still
use some of the drills you taught me. Glad to see your program
is going strong!

Hello Bob, I hope you are enjoying your season. I want to
thank you again because my daughter, Alicia, really enjoyed (and
got alot out of) the spring clinic in Wall. She really wants
to attend the summer camp as well. We just have to finalize our
family summer vacation dates before we can commit. In any case,
I'm sure you haven't seen the last of her. Also, I was wondering
if you could give me some information on summer softball tournaments
for 9 year old girls. We have been considering having the Shrewsbury
girls participate this summer for the fun and the experience.
Any thoughts or ideas, please let me know. Thanks again,
Tom Gallo

Hi Coach D, This is Sarah Gittleman. I
just wanted to tell you that I had a Little League game tonight,
and I pitched really well. The running techniques that I learned
today at the clinic really helped me. Also alot of the kids and
parents asked me what pitching coach I went to. Okay ... thank
you for all the things you have taught me!

She has won 2 National Titles (2000 ASA 14-U B and 2001 NSA A).
I stumbled across your website and just wanted to say hi and

Coach D, I would like to say that I had a really good time
at your clinic this year. I really learned alot from you. I always
knew how to pitch but thanks to you I am a much better pitcher
now, and I also pitch on my school team and on my rec team. I
also learned how to hit better. I really like those stations
you set up for practicing on hitting. I really enjoyed going
to this clinic for 4 Sundays, even though it took up some of
my time on Sundays, it was worth it. Thanks ALOT Sincerely,
Adrienne

Coach D., I searched for a camp or clinic where my daughter
would be able to wear off some winter rust. Your clinic has been
fabulous. The knowledge, instruction, experience in which you
and your staff carry but master in delivering by being a group
of fine people have given my daughter an experience she will
never forget. We travel 60 miles round trip but every minute
has been well worth the time. Any child or coach who would be
fortunate enough to visit your clinics, are sure to be one step
further along in their upcoming softball experiences. Thank you
and please pass our gratitude to your capable and pleasant staff.
Best Regards,
Amanda & Rich

I would like to start off by saying thank you to Bob for traveling
quite a distance to do a Coaches' Clinic for N.A. Softball. I
have played softball at both high school and college levels, and
making the transition from player to coach is a difficult one.
Not only did Coach D. provide me with a solid coaching foundation,
but he also provided many different approaches to coach different
levels of play, which is critical for both players and coaches.
I could sit through it again and come away with new ideas and
strategies. Our coaches were very impressed and pleased with
Coach D's demonstration. His personality and approach to softball
techniques were insightful and invaluable. I would like to thank
Coach D. once again for an enjoyable experience, and look forward
to working with him again.

I'd like to thank you for all of your help. When I first came
to you I needed a lot of help and by our last lesson I had a
week where I had 35 K's (8 against TRE). You not only taught
me how to throw, but you taught me how to PITCH. I will take
your words and everything with me to college, and hopefully one
day I'll be able to help people as much as you've helped me.
I can't thank you enough.

Coach D: My daughter Sam has just finished another small
group hitting lesson and once again, with your help she has been
able to correct some of the bad habits she has developed over
the winter break. She has been coming to you for 2 years now,
and I can honstly say she has made dramatic strides in not only
her hitting technique but also her confidence at the plate. I
recommend your coaching to all of my players. Thanks for all
of your help.

Coach D, Just wanted you to know what a great inspiration you
are to Erica, her game and her drive. Since taking lessons from
you, she has improved 100%! You are the difference in what it
takes to be a great softball player and thank you for teaching
not only the mechanics but mostly for teaching the right attitude.

My daughter came to Coach D as an eleven year old piece of clay.
You know, plenty of potential but no real form. After two motion
changes and four months of hard work - she is starting to take
shape. Coach D knows just how far to push her to get the best
result without any harsh language or tone toward my daughter.
It has been a great experience and I am sure he will continue
to hone her skills next year and for years to come. My daughter
has also taken hitting and fielding lessons from Kelly every
week and I have seen great progress in these areas as well. All
around this has been a great experience that I would suggest
anyone looking to take a step to the next level contact Coach
D.

from the various clinics and private training you and your staff
